Qualified as a Personal Trainer with an Advanced Diploma in Diet & Nutrition and with a background in ballet, I am experienced in offering an all-round lifestyle approach to help you achieve your fitness goals. I am a mum of one with a particular interest in helping pre and post natal women and helping other busy mums reach their fitness goals.

 

With interests including running, high-intensity interval training and weight lifting I can help you achieve your goals whether you are completely new to exercise or if you're more advanced and need some more direction or motivation.

Whether your goals are to gain strength, run a 10k or increase your general fitness, I take a personal and holistic approach in writing a tailor-made plan specific to you as I believe every individual and their unique goals require a personal approach. I'll work with you 1-2-1 to deliver fitness sessions as week as workout and nutritional plans.
